• Use our service for personal or business purposes
• Download and use the converted Excel files

4.2 You May Not

• Upload files you don't have the right to process
• Attempt to reverse engineer our service
• Use automated tools to abuse our free tier
• Upload malicious files or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

5.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of your uploaded documents
• Files are automatically deleted after 48 hours
• We extract only transaction data necessary for conversion

5.2 Our Processing

• Files are processed using Google Gemini API
• Google Gemini does not retain any data from your files
• Processing occurs on secure servers
• All data transmission is encrypted

6.1 Billing

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan
• Credits do not expire during active subscription
• All prices include applicable taxes

6.2 Refunds

• Refunds may be provided at our discretion
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon cancellation
